The Richardson Hotel, is conveniently located in West Perth, just two kilometres from the City Centre, 12 kilometres of Perth's domestic airport and 20 kilometres from the international airport. The hotel is a short walk from Kings Park and close to the new Perth Convention Centre, while the Swan River, Indian Ocean beaches and historic Port of Fremantle are all within a 20-minute drive.
All guest accommodation at The Richardson has been designed with the modern traveller in mind – with textured contemporary furnishings, rich golden colours and sleek modern lines that create extremely stylish interiors. The bathrooms are particularly appealing, with white porcelain walls, marble-top vanity units and picture-hung mirrors. There are king-size beds throughout: some suites have king beds that convert to two singles if required.
Most of these 74 luxurious rooms and suites have private balconies and views of the city, Kings Park and surrounds, and all accommodation features a separate lounge area with a LCD flat panel television and entertainment console, access to Foxtel, and high-speed broadband Internet access.

Occupying the entire first floor and featuring contemporary Asian decor, this purpose-built facility offers over 30 face and body treatments using high-quality E’SPA products, a 14-metre indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium, garden terrace, and a bar serving juices and herbal teas. Guests receive free membership to The Spa for the duration of their stay.
The property is totally non-smoking, and children are welcome. Even pets are catered for here, with some suites suitable for accommodating a cat or dog, for example.
