The service was very good particularly the reception
who were helpful.all facilities were more than acceptable and our stay was pleasant relaxing and well worth the money

| "We found the bedroom furniture to be a bit on the tired side and in need of upgrading, also the bathroom was in need of upgrade, the hotel did have free internet access and also free use of the washer/dryer although it was by pure chance we found out they had this facility, the staff were friendly and accomodated our every need,however should this hotel be re-furbished I would stay most definatley stay there again as location is perfect, and my overall rating would move to a 5" |

| "We were terribly upset with the hotel removed our luggage and belongings without our consent or knowledge. Despite having agreed to our request for a late checkout (12 noon instead of 11am), we had a rude shock when we came back on checkout day before noon to discover all our luggages and belongings have been removed from the room. I've never been thrown out of a room like that and we had to pack our luggages at the lobby. What is the responsibility and rights of the hotel to do this, what if valuables were lost? And we were thoroughly embarassed, packing at the lobby. My contact telephone was on the sign-in record, they could have called us to clarify?? :-(" |

| "Generally very impressed with the hotel was just disappointed servicing of the room because it took a lot longer to wait for fresh towels and rooms to be vacummed each day. Otherwise a very happy customer from New Zealand" |
