| "We only stayed overnight but found the staff to be really friendly & helpful in all areas.
We arrived to find single beds and within minutes of asking were given another room with a kingsize bed, and an apology!
Parking is easy and check out was 11am not 10am. Great for a late breakfast.
Good linen and plenty of towels.
Walk to river and free transport to city centre (2 mins)outside front door.

| "The Sheraton in Perth is situated in a great position, great river views, handy for shopping, restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is very clean. The food was excellent albeit served on cold plates in the restaurant.
However, I felt it is a little tired as regards decor and must be scraping by to get its five star status. The pool area is very poor and the few sunbeds have very thin and worn out matresses. To get a drink by the pool a phone was in use which was very dirty and it didn't connect directly to the bar but to housekeeping which then transferred to the bar, (after some time explaining where we were).
