| "The location is good. Easy access to the city whether by walking, driving or taking the blue CAT bus. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Very warm welcome was given by reception staff on arrival - very detailed and helpful info was given to help us to move around. Very efficient indeed! The room assigned to three of us was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Certainly good value for money for budget travellers. " |

| "Stayed here for 7 nights. Hotel is in a very good location, only 15 min walk into city centre, though there is a free (blue cat) bus stop right outside. Kings Park is just above hotel on headland and you can hire a bike (free-if available) from hotel also.Breakfast has a good choice, with good service. Room and bathroom a little on small side, but clean and basic. Pool area is ok, but not enough sun-loungers, though has plenty of chairs. The self-service launderette is a real bargain, less than AUS$10 for a full machine wash and dry! Far cheaper than a hotel's bill!
The only negative thing I could add, would be that internet access is hit or miss, as PC right by reception desk and mostly occupied, so have to wait your turn. Front desk also can be a little bit over-run on times, another person could alleviate this? But a very enjoyable stay all the same." |

| "Very well situated for perth sights and business if just a bit awkward to get in to iff you are not familair with the roads.
Really good and helpful reception and pleasant restaurant staff
Overall a pleasant stay and excellent value " |

| "We were impressed by the fabulous location of the hotel. Although somewhat smallish and without fanciful facilities it provides bicycles for hire. Access to King's Park is just about a couple of minutes walk away. One could get into the city by free CAT bus, if not driving. And there is ample parking if you do drive. " |

| "The "Deluxe" room was adequate for our neeeds and better value than may we have used in the UK of a higher Star rating.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast available at a reasonable cost and the one meal we had in the restaurant could not be faulted for value.
Free city transfer bus stops right outside every 15 mins.
Good access to Perth highway system from the hotel." |

| "We arrived at this hotel early in the morning but our rooms were ready. The staff were very helpful. This is a family run concern, they have another hotel in Sydney. The small pool and garden are ideal after a hot day out. The restaurant on site serves a good breakfast and wholesome food in the evening. The position with Kings Park behind is marvellous and with views over the Swan River. The free bus stops outside the hotel to take you into Perth. Would definitely stay again." |
