The staff at the reception desk were very polite, cheerful, helpful, friendly and efficient. Although breakfast was included in our tariff we were unable to partake of it due to an early start next morning. However, on our request a small snack was delivered to our room on the night prior to our departure which was a pleasant surprise. We have a friend visiting Perth shortly and we have strongly recommended that she patronise your hotel. Thank you very much for making us welcome.

| "What a pleasant surprise it was arriving at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room we stayed in was a good size with high levels of cleanliness and amenities. The location is good as the Red Bus (free) route is lterally outside the door and provides access to virtually and part of the city. A good mix of clientele, both business and travellers. Unfortunatelt, did not have chance to eat in the restaurant, which has an excellent reputation. One down side, the bar closed early (11 ish), otherwise an excellent choice." |
