| "Nothing really wrong with the accomodation but the room could have been slightly bigger and the hotel been a little closer to town. " |

| "The site is a good size, located a ten minute walk from the main shopping and restaurant street.
Our room was a studio, well proportioned, well equiped with tv, microwave, hotplate, toaster, kettle, sink and cooking utensils.
Though we hadnt the time to use them the site has the benefit of two pools with bbq areas poolside.
A great help on long trips is the laundry room!
A great stay, thanks" |

| "The accomodation was in great condition although a wee bit small for four adults with just one bathroom and one toilet. Other than that the accomodation was just wonderful. Clean, well appointed and close to the town centre and beach. Would certainly recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Port Douglas." |

| "The room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed in a studio and it had most necessities for cooking a nice meal. We enjoyed not having to eat out all the time. There is no daily maid service so you do need to pick up after yourself. We enjoyed not having to worry about when the maid would be coming to clean. It felt much more homey than a hotel. The room had a small balcony where we ate when we stayed in, which was quite pleasant.
The location was fairly convenient - about 10-15 minutes walk to Macrossan Street or to the beach. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was wireless internet access which was available for a fee - about $15USD per day. There was plenty of car parking available, too. If you don't have a car, onsite bicycle rental was available." |

| "very good quality accomadation and very friendly staff, good location and facilities including off road parking the only thing that let it down was there was no where in your room to put your cases so they had to be left beside the beds!!" |

| "We stayed in a studio apartment for 3 nights in May 07. The room was very comfortable and very good value for money. It was slightly on the small side but considering that we were not going to spend much time in the room, this was fine. Also there are 2-3 bed apartments at Bay Villas too. The tour desk was very helpful and gave very good advice on the tours available. In terms of location, it is a 15-20min walk to Macrossan Street which is where most of the restaurants/bars are located as well as a supermarket. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Bay Villas and would recommend staying here." |

| "Good location and good value but unfortunately our ground floor apt had a musty, damp smell but I would think that the upstairs rooms would be OK." |
