| "Surprisingly large room with good beds and clean, but very poorly lit, bathroom. The premises are well kept but noisy (lots of kids playing in the pool area which is center to the rooms). Good, central location. Free underground parking. Good value for money. Reception desk is courtious but not too friendly. Check in and departure times are inconvenient (although known before arriving)." |

| "Nice Room, air cond and fans, two balconies. Cheap bed, but maybe I'm used to luxury at home. Not the greatest view, but this is made up for by the location - right in he thick of the town, don't bother with a car if you want to stay in town.." |

| "Great hotel. we stayed three nights. Our room was a good size and the facilities were excellent. There was a washing machine and dryer shared between two rooms,kitchen facilities and utensils and a BBQ and spa bath on the balcony which was fabulous.The hotel had direct access to the main street in Port Douglas and was a short walk to the beach and Marina. staff were really helpful and booked some trips for us.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mantra Heritage and would recommend it to other travellers. | "We enjoyed our stay in Port Douglas, after the madness of Sydney, it was great to relax. The hotel was very central but quiet relaxing around the pool. We liked the deck from the room to the pool. Around the pool there was a BBQ area to cook your own. It would be great for families and couples alike." |

| "We had the most wonderful time at this hotel. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and chocolates (it was our honeymoon). We had a nice big hot tub on the balcony which was not expected. The location is superb for Port Douglas - walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the pier. Service was excellent - everyone was very friendly. The only "negative" was some ants near the sink at the entrance - but, that could've also been seasonal (it wasn't out of control).
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Port Douglas." |
