| "We booked through Asia Rooms. When we arrived despite the fact we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, the hotel only reserved 1 room for 2 nights! The staff was brilliant though and sorted us out with a suite with 2 rooms so that served our purpose. The suite was fully equipped with all mod cons and had a large balcony with table and chairs so I spent a lot of time out there! The location is perfect as it is on the main street near the bars and restaurants and very handy for the Quick Silver trips out to the Reef." |

| "We arrived in the dark and the hotel was difficult to find as it is poorly signposted. Reception closed at 5pm. We had to ring securtity and wait 20 minutes for someone to let us in to our room. However it was all worth it. This hotel is very central and very comfortable. We had a beautiful room. We have no complaints and would recommend it." |
