| "Had a great stay.Hotel is nicely set with a nice swimming pool especially for families.Rooms nice size with an outside balcony.Staff helpful and polite.Position of the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Port Douglas. Only negative note was that the rooms cleanliness could have been better." |

| "Superb hotel in beautiful settings with very helpful staff. We booked our tours through the front desk and they helped us make decisions about the best options.
Breakfast was plentiful. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a lagoon room and I would recommend these very highly.
Thoroughly recommend the Portsea to anyone considering Port Douglas as a holiday destination.
