"Our stay in a King Spa Suite was mediocre. The rooms are very dated and need lots of attention. Internet facilities are available for 27.50 per day or you can use the macs in reception. You need to pay for everything, even $5.00 to get your room service meal delivered to your room! It's great for kids, with use of the kids club and outdoor activiities. I suggest you go on a package deal or you will end up paying alot for everything as you are a captive market if you don't have a car to escape to mooloolaba and surrounds. The resort is huge, so try and request close to reception if you have kids as it can be quite a hike to the main resort area. Customer service was poor. The staff are over worked and look tired. They have buggies to take you to your rooms, however don't think about asking for a ride as they will give the stare of death!. I don't know why they even have the buggies there! If they dropped their prices to an all seasons or updated their rooms, I would be inclined to go again. IF it wasnt' for the GREAT KIDS CLUB ( which is a seperate entity), I would have been horribly disappointed that the novotel has slumpped so low in standard. "

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and found that it's really a family resort. The room we stayed in was old and in need of an update. The dinner buffet was good and staff were friendly. This resort is well away from restaraunts and shops so your stuck with the high prices they charge for basics like water and fruit. I would recommend a family stay but make sure you've got some cash to splash around."

"Beautiful resort to stay in. Lots of facilities, quite a distance to noosa town. Buffet restaurant highly recommended, great seafood etc. Night time a bit boring, one bar no entertainment. But day time makes up for it. The Queen stayed here. "

"Quite expensive but good, good safe bathing on site, free use of wind surfers and boats and lots of other good facilies."

Comments:

This hotel was in a beautiful setting but we were disappointed that it was so far out of Noosa. I would recommend it strongly to families because the facilities are second to none but for couples it's not so good because it gets very quiet after 9.30pm!! Lovely rooms, big and very clean.
