| "The appartment was adequate but there was not enough drawer space for clothes only 2 very small ones. The pool area was very nicely set out but definately not for couples, ideal for families. The resort was a taxi/bus ride away from the main shopping/eating areas. Would recommend families with lots of children but far too noisy for couples wanting some peace and quiet! " |

| "Thankyou for your follow up .
When we arrived and checked in we were given a swipe card for room, which was not working had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the maintenance person to attend before being able to enter, no apologies by management. Overall dont think that the resort and rooms were clean, note other people were also commenting on cleanliness. Found staff not overly friendly or welcoming. Pool bar only opened once during our stay. On a number of occasions whilst trying to enjoy a swim was subjected to other pool users using water pistols and dive bombing. Had people in room next door playing loud music into the early hours of the night with 2 warnings from management again no apologies for our disturbance. The resort pool was very nice and grounds rooms could do with an update getting a bit tired. Bit disappointed with unwelcoming attitude from management staff.

| "Fantastic place! The Alexandra hotel was located on the Sunshine Coast. It was the innovative Apartment resort .We have traveled around the world a bit, but this is the first time we have stayed in an apartment. For us it was great, we had everything we needed. Good bedroom, kitchen and lounge area. Bathroom and shower, washer, dryer, iron etc. and fridge for one's own goodies. Excellent grounds, pool area right around complex for everybody, but with heated areas. We had a great time, met lots of positive people and would recommend others to go to this apartment complex. If we are back in the area, we shall certainly go back." |
