The service from the front office personnel Mr Jamal was excellent. The junior front desk staff were courteous and friendly.Unfortunately the more senior ones lacked this quality as they did not even know how to acknowledge with a simple hello or good morning and we were staying at the hotel for 5 days.

| "Room was basic but adequate, clean, tidy and no bed bugs. Location and price was paramount for me and this was great. I would definitely stay again. Great being so close to China town, Dixon St etc." |

| "Good location with easy access to tourist attractions. Friendly front desk staff. Poor housekeeping - cups and kettle were stained and dusty. Food leftover by previous occupants were not removed. The bedsheets remained messy after daily housekeeping.

| "When my Husband & I arrived in the hotel we discovered the remote control for the t.v missing, so reported it at Reception. They were very helpful & as they did not have another remote, they changed the t.v in our room. However, on our last night (7 nights later ) I found the remote from the first t.v under our bed ! It doesnt say much for the cleanliness of the rooms. We could not fault the helpfullness of the staff on Reception, especially Jamar. He was very friendly, helpfull & polite. " |
