| "Although this hotel is in a very conveniant position,
and is a very nice hotel, we found the restaraunt very average and very expensive, we also found our room was very noisy, they should really put in secondary glazing, we did ask for a quite room on check in. We left the hotel exhausted as we didn't have a full night sleep for three nights. We did tell the desk on check out, but didn't seem much bothered.
Tvs could do with bringing into the 21st century, and for such a lovely room, bed linen very poor. " |

| "Room was spacious & nicely finished with very nice contemporary bathroom. Quiet & effective aircon. Good views. Bed too soft for our taste. Location has it's pros & cons - it's near bus & train services and not far from Circular Quay, but being located in the office/financial district the nearby restaurant choice is very lacking, especially at the weekend. Gym was very cramped and swimming pool small. Expensive in-room internet and no public teminals." |

| "Very comfortable bed & pillows. Good safety feature of having to use key card to use lifts and access hotel corridors. Well insulated from noise from outside or other hotel users.Excellent location, short walk to all sightseeing locations. On a steep hill, which may be limiting for people with mobility problems. " |

| "My wife and I arrived to stay in what we thought was a double room only to be told all "doubles" were in fact Twins. We were offered an upgrade to a suite which included breakfast and canapes each evening, for an extra 200aud which we accepted. After seeing the suite we wondered why we hadn't booked it in the first place, it was fabulous. For 4 days and nights we were treated like royalty. The hotel was close to all amenities and public transport,we could not have selected better. My advise to anyone thinking of booking a twin, think again and splash out, you will NOT regret it.It is definitely in my top three hotels.

| "Great location close to major attractions. High standards of service. The jacuzzi is very warm. The swimming pool has lots of chlorine in it which itches after a while. The men at the concierge desk were very helpful. Sydney is a fabulous place to visit" |

| "not bad, location great for my conference. service is ok for what u pay for - i got the room for under $250 - and it's hard to get a decent place in the rocks district for that price.
