Very comfortable bed & pillows. Good safety feature of having to use key card to use lifts and access hotel corridors. Well insulated from noise from outside or other hotel users.Excellent location, short walk to all sightseeing locations. On a steep hill, which may be limiting for people with mobility problems.

| "I stayed at the hotel with my sister for 2 days. The facilities were excellent, pool, spa and exercise room. The breakfast was not that good and the service was slow. However, the rooms were clean, bathroom was really nice and the rest of the service was excellent. They allowed us to book in early, when I left my blackberry connection in the room and remembered two days later they were able to find it very easily - - it had my name marked on it! The location is great - - close to the Quay, close to the shopping and walking distance to the Rocks.
Yes, this hotel is worth the price." |

| "Although this hotel is in a very conveniant position,
and is a very nice hotel, we found the restaraunt very average and very expensive, we also found our room was very noisy, they should really put in secondary glazing, we did ask for a quite room on check in. We left the hotel exhausted as we didn't have a full night sleep for three nights. We did tell the desk on check out, but didn't seem much bothered.
Tvs could do with bringing into the 21st century, and for such a lovely room,bed linen very poor. " |
