| "I regret that the hotel does not provide the client with clear and precise instructions regarding the laundry service and how to operate the heating system.
The hotel is very conveniently located nearby the convention center.
The internet booking system should notify thr client that a shuttle service is available for the airport." |

| "Very helpful, courteous & friendly staff. Hotel is centrally located with easy access to all attractions, sites & places you want to be. Spacious rooms c/w balcony. Stayed here 2 different times. Liked it. The new owners now will no doubt give this hotel the update & care to bring this hidden gem to light. " |

| "Perfect location. Nice service. But not too many choices on TV. If I go to Sydney again, I'll choose this hotel again. " |

| "The hotel is in the midst of a change in name and style. Needs some time to establish itself. The staff was friendly but not very helpful. Breakfast closed already before official closing time whilst guests still being present, and staff was too eager to get things done and cleared." |

| "WE HAD NOT BEEN TOLD THAT THE HOTEL HAD BEEN RECENTLY TAKEN OVER BUT THE OVERALL FEELING WE HAD WAS THAT THE STAFF WERE DOING ALL THEY COULD TO MAKE OUR STAY COMFORTABLE WHILST ADJUSTING TO THE CHANGE OVER. WE ALSO FELT THAT THE MANAGEMENT WERE ALSO ON A LEARNING CURVE. WE HAD A COUPLE OF MEALS IN THE RESTAURANT & FOUND THEM EXCELLENT ALTHOUGH THE CHOICE WAS LIMITED. THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT & HELPFUL ALTHOUGH IT WOULD HAVE HELPED TO HAVE SOME INFORMATION IN THE ROOMS REGARDING HOTEL FACILITIES. WE HAD PLANNED TO DINE IN THE RESTAURANT ON SUNDAY EVENING BUT FOUND IT CLOSED. THE HOTEL IS IN THE PERFECT SPOT FOR SIGHT SEEING BEING CLOSE TO THE MONO RAIL & BUS ROUTES. WE FOUND THE ROOMS VERY COMFORTABLE & CLEAN ALTHOUGH THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS HAMPERED BY A LARGE TREE. OVERALL WE HAD A GREAT STAY & FOUND IT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. WE HOPE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL AGAIN SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE & LOOK FORWARD WITH INTEREST TO SEE WHAT CHANGES THE NEW OWNERS MAKE. WE WISH THEM GOOD FORTUNE FOR THEIR FUTURE SUCCESS. DO. " |
