I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Carlton Crest Hotel. The room that I stayed in was very spacious and very well kept.The staff were very courteous and very helpful. I particular like the fact that the hotel was centrally located.
All the major shopping areas were within walking distance. The only bad part about the hotel was the restaurant in the lobby which I thought was a bit too pricey.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney, it is definitely worth it.

| "The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station and Chinatown.
But you need to use the exit near Broadway, otherwise there is a fair bit of walking to do.
It's not close to the shopping malls, but you can always catch a bus to go down George Street.
The room rate is very competitive for what it offers.
We got a good sized room. In fact it is bigger than some 5 star hotels that I have stayed in Sydney before.
On the downside there are no bell boys at the entrance.
We had to "haul" our luggages up the front steps to the hotel lobby.
We later found out that there's a "hidden" path that leads from the hotel to the entrance of the adjoining carpark where you can then reach the street level.
