We found the hotel clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and changed our room on request. The pool was a welcome relaxation after a hard day's sightseeing. We particularly liked the roof garden outside our window. Buffet breakfast was good value,we bought vouchers each evening,and we will certainly recomend this hotel to our friends.

| "The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station and Chinatown.
But you need to use the exit near Broadway, otherwise there is a fair bit of walking to do.
It's not close to the shopping malls, but you can always catch a bus to go down George Street.
The room rate is very competitive for what it offers.
We got a good sized room. In fact it is bigger than some 5 star hotels that I have stayed in Sydney before.
On the downside there are no bell boys at the entrance.
We had to "haul" our luggages up the front steps to the hotel lobby.
We later found out that there's a "hidden" path that leads from the hotel to the entrance of the adjoining carpark where you can then reach the street level.
