We arrived and assistance on our luggage was one of reluctance. The front desk was quite professional though. Along the corridor to our room, we knew immediately we got a smoking floor. Called front desk and was informed the standard rate is only for smoking rooms! Such replies will leave everyone "smoking" for sure! I was shocked that this was never communicated. The pool was milky. Approached the concierge for driving directions but was repeatedly told it will be a bad idea. Told him we rented the car already but he went on and on about bad traffic, difficult parking, high toll charges and kept recommending the tours. He showed us the way only after I lost my cool. Believe us, we had quite a pleasant time with the car and he had greatly exaggerated the above. Never going back again.

| "When we left the Hotel, we left a notice ('Pillow Talk') with approximately the following text at the reception:
"When we arrived at this hotel, we did not expect a corridor with faded and stained carpet, a room with tears in one of the curtains and in a bed sheet, malfunctioning and screeching sliding cupboard doors and non-functioning air conditioning.
NB - The staff were very friendly."" |

| "We found the Hotel staff very friendly and helped us a lot with ideas for eating places and popular tourist places to visit during our stay in Sydney. Iwould also like to mention the Cleaning staff who were most considerate and courteous workers.It was also handy to the CENTRAL Rail station only a five minute walk from the Hotel. We also could walk towards the City Centre for shopping." |

| "Having stayed at the citygate Sebel a few times i find it has friendky staff who know the area and are willing to help in any matter you raise.
The inservice is good and the hotel has a good atmosphere for families and business trips." |

| "On the last day we wanted to keep the room till 2 P.M.
The reception told us that it is possible if I pay 20
Aus dollars per hour afer 12 noon. I find it is too much this rate. I have stayed in many hotels in the world, I did not find such things.
On tne arival day the room was not ready till 3 P.m.
although 2 P.m. is the check-in time.
