| "When we left the Hotel, we left a notice ('Pillow Talk') with approximately the following text at the reception:
"When we arrived at this hotel, we did not expect a corridor with faded and stained carpet, a room with tears in one of the curtains and in a bed sheet, malfunctioning and screeching sliding cupboard doors and non-functioning air conditioning.
NB - The staff were very friendly."" |

| "We found the Hotel staff very friendly and helped us a lot with ideas for eating places and popular tourist places to visit during our stay in Sydney. Iwould also like to mention the Cleaning staff who were most considerate and courteous workers. It was also handy to the CENTRAL Rail station only a five minute walk from the Hotel. We also could walk towards the City Centre for shopping." |

| "On the last day we wanted to keep the room till 2 P.M.
The reception told us that it is possible if I pay 20
Aus dollars per hour afer 12 noon. I find it is too much this rate. I have stayed in many hotels in the world, I did not find such things.
On tne arival day the room was not ready till 3 P.m.
although 2 P.m. is the check-in time.

| "Ther was "everthing in plafe". However facilities were worn and e.g Sauna facilities not up to date. Service was friendly & good. Breakfast was slightly below my expectations. " |
