This hotel has two good points going for it - its location, being within easy walking distance of Central Railway Station, and the rooms were relatively spacious. The majority of the staff were friendly, but the lifts were incredibly slow, the equipment in the gym was old, of a poor selection and in need of repair, the sundeck wasn\'t all that appealing and the pool area is badly in need of an upgrade with cleanliness, paint peeling off and the extremely dangerous slippery floor tiles surrounding the area. There also appeared to be a problem with the heating in the establishment, the airconditioning in our room did not appear to work (plus two drawers in the wardrobe were broken and did not open properly) and they could not appear to get the pool temperature right - the first two days of our stay is was somewhat chilly, and the last two days it was warmer than the spa pool!!
Whilst we were charged a reasonable price, that included breakfast, I do not think we would return to this hotel.

| "When we left the Hotel, we left a notice ('Pillow Talk') with approximately the following text at the reception:
"When we arrived at this hotel, we did not expect a corridor with faded and stained carpet, a room with tears in one of the curtains and in a bed sheet, malfunctioning and screeching sliding cupboard doors and non-functioning air conditioning.
NB - The staff were very friendly."" |

| "We found the Hotel staff very friendly and helped us a lot with ideas for eating places and popular tourist places to visit during our stay in Sydney. Iwould also like to mention the Cleaning staff who were most considerate and courteous workers.It was also handy to the CENTRAL Rail station only a five minute walk from the Hotel. We also could walk towards the City Centre for shopping." |

The inservice is good and the hotel has a good atmosphere for families and business trips." |

| "On the last day we wanted to keep the room till 2 P.M.
The reception told us that it is possible if I pay 20
Aus dollars per hour afer 12 noon. I find it is too much this rate. I have stayed in many hotels in the world, I did not find such things.
On tne arival day the room was not ready till 3 P.m.
although 2 P.m. is the check-in time.
