| "Nice hotel but bathroom was very small. Late at night there was a cockroach in the bedroom and it took 15 mins for someone to come and take it away and another 10 mins to capture it. Also when leaving the concierge was not around and two taxi drivers knocked me out of the way while fighting over my bag. I had to go to the check in desk before any hotel staff intervened even though it was a loud abusive shouting match between the two drivers." |

| "The hotel location is perfect, close to the beach, pubs and good food. I was not sure what to expect after reading multiple reviews...however the room was clean and recently updated. We did not use the pool as it was rainy both days of our stay. The hotel was nice and everyone I ran into was very nice. " |

| "Housekeeping staff were all friendly and very attentive. Also, they have a great omelet station during breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and I will recommend it to anyone I know. I will definitely come back to Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach. " |
