We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff were lovely and very courtious and always there and willing to help. They had a vast knowlege in relation to the city and the quickest and easiest ways to get to our destination. The location of the hotel is very central- a few minutes to Darling Harbour and 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre (what more could people ask for). I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends in New Zealand.
My daughter and myself would like to thank you and the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

| "every thing was wonderful except: heater was out of order we had to use portable heater(can Imagine this in a 4 star hotel!). bed was not comfortable. we were in the 10th floor and we still could hear cars noise." |
