| "The staff was extremly helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location was very good for me because I arrived via Navy ship and the peir was very close and the hotel was very close to the train station. I thought it was a great place for a discounted value. I would stay there agian." |

| "we have stayed previously at this hotel. We stayed 2 years ago. We had a better deal last time as breakfast was included . It is still an ideal spot
for everything we wanted to do." |

| "Considering the fact that Real Estate is very expensive in Sydney, De Vere is not too bad if you want a bed to sleep in and go sight seeing, make sure you come back just in time to hit the sack." |

| "Service and Managament is sucks. We were supposed to stay there for 9 days but we check in and out at the same day. We felt unsafe and surroounding area is very dangerous. Manager of the Hotel didn't even ask why are we checking out "he just said No refund". All they care about it Money." |

| "Both the front office staff members that we dealt with were quite pleasant, professional and accommodating. However, I believe that the front office supervisor (female) was very rude and most unprofessional. We requested an extension of an additional night, were informed that the room was available but the same rate could not be extended. In frustration, we left walked around the corner and got a room at the Holiday Inn at the same price (but a much more modern and pleasant hotel). No doubt we would be recommending the Holiday Inn in Potts Point to our numerous friends and business associates. Pity!
Sorry that it is not totally positive but sometimes the truth must be said. I didn't like the De Vere Hotel!
Sincerely" |
