| "Ideal location, right on Darling Harbour, and fantastic view from harbour-view room. Bathroom was a little small for a hotel of this calibre and would benefit from a refit and better soundproofing (noisy when water being drawn for shower/toilet in adjoining room). Short walk to shopping arcades and Pitt Street. If you're reasonably fit, you can also walk to Circular Quay." |

| "WE HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES HERE BEFORE, THIS TIME WE WERE DISAPPOINTED . THE PLUMBING IN THE ROOMS WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY, EVERY NOISE IN THE BATHROOM OF ADJOINING ROOMS COULD BE HEARD AND THERE SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM WITH WATER CYLINDER NOISE IN THE CORRIDOR CUPBOARDS.I WOULD GO SO FAR AS TO SAY THAT THIS TIME OUR EXPERIENCE WAS NOT AS GREAT AS EXPECTED.

| "The service was good, but it is still a relativley expensive hotel by comparison with what you can get on specials elsewhere.

| "Great hotel, but my one disappointment was when my wife and I went for a drink. I find s appalling that an organisaition the size of the Sheraton did not have gin in the bar. Would you not think that someone in the Hotel would have the foresight to go to the local shop and buy a case of gin for use in the Hotel. My only black mark - but one nevertheless!" |
