| "Excellent location. Just behind Chinatown and Peddy Market. Few mins walk to Central station to international airport. Lot of shopping around this area." |

| "The location was fantastic with the central station, the monorail and the market city were within walking distance. However, the buffet breakfast was a bit below expectation. The room is clean but the taps were leaky and the heater was not always working, which makes the room quite cold in the winter.
Overall,the staff was quite helpful and friendly and I might consider staying there again for its excellent location (but not in the winter!). " |

| "The bathroom doesn't have the fan, so it feels quite humid after take a bath.
The day before we check out the hotel, we ask if we need to reserve the taxi to airport, they say we can reserve it on the night before we check out, therefore, we ask the reception again at that night, he said we only need to let them know we need a taxi when we check out and no need to make a reservation. When we check out, we aks if they can call a taxi for us to airport, he said we just need to walk to front door and call by ourselve. We have to bring two large luggage, with my baby to front door, and call the taxi. It is raining outside. What I mean is, if they don't provide this service, it is ok, we can arrange by ourselves, but they should let us know in advance. It make us feel bad service. " |
