| "A small hotel very convenient for Circular Quay --ferries, railway, shops, etc. Clean, comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. Food at breakfast was good and plentiful. Downside is no lift (but only two floors up) but there is a baggage lift, our room on second floor was small. No facilities to exchange sterling traveller's cheques. For us, advantages outweighed disavantages. " |

| "We really enjoyed our stay in SYDNEY the hotel was perfect for several reasons, for most of the sights to see it was very convienient in all direstions. We where upgraded to a suite room and this was really very good, very spacious and could just see the Oprea house and Bridge. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, even to the point I (Mrs Flitton) had my birthday there and they put a card and some choclate in my room. Really canot find anything wrong to say about this hotel, was perfect for what we needed." |

| "Excellent freindly hotel bang in the middle for all Sidney attractions. Good rooms, but suites are in single room, so ok if all are family. Excellent position, and highly recommended to stay." |

| "Pros: Hotel location is very good for the tourist. Easy walking to Opera House, SH Bridge, Circular Quay, Botanical Gardens, etc. The hotel is a converted warehouse - rooms are pretty small but clean & neat. Good for short stay if you just want somewhere to sleep. Cons: Reception was poor. No porters to help with luggage. Aircon was noisy. No bathtub in standard room. " |

| "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was simple, comfortable and perfectly situated. So much nicer than these large glitsy hotels which are very impersonal. We stayed 2 days at the beginning of our holiday and enjoyed it so much that we had another couple of days at the end of our trip. Our daughter also stayed there on our recommendation, and enjoyed her stay too.We would certainly stay there again and have also recommended it to our Australian friends." |

| "The hotel's location was perfect if one is interested in being engulfed in the Rocks atmosphere. The bedrooms are quaint yet have a cold feeling to them. The twin beds were very small. The bathroom definitely had the feel of being in a hospital and the wait staff had a somewhat stuck up and stiff demeanor. Overall the cleanliness, facilities and restaurant were what we expected, high class. " |

| "I, ROSEMARY FRANKIAN, WAS NOT YOUR GUEST LAST WEEKI. I PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS AT YOUR HOTEL AND GAVE THE PAID COUPON TO MY GRANDDAUGHTERS LEAH AND LANI SHELTON, TO WHOM I SHALL FORWARD THIS EMAIL FOR THEM TO REPOND. I STAYED AT THE HARBOUR ROCKS IN 1990 AND WANTED MY GRANDDAUGHTERS TO HAVE THE SAME FUN EXPERIENCE I HAD. I HOPE THEY ENJOYED THEIR STAY WITH YOU." |
