| "The Haven Inn is perfectly situated for its price -- there are a good range of hotels and restauants in walking distance, it is` close to the city, reguolar bus service by the front door,and a light rail station nearby. Service is perfectly adequate, staff are friendly and helpful, and it is good value for money.

| "We found immediately that the pictures of the room had been taken on such an angle as to make the room look bigger than it actually is. So we were disappointed on first entry.
The toilet seat is broken and if they were cleaning it they would have known.
During our stay our room was not cleaned but the bed covers were simply pulled up.
We were disappointed with the balcony - you couldn't sit, it was too small and the view was the brick wall of the neighbouring building.
We feel that if we were not led to believe it was nicer than it really was we still would have stayed there ( location is great for us) but would not have been expecting better." |

| "Very clean new looking large rooms.Never used rental car for 3 days. Can walk to Fishermans Wharf,Darling Harbour or even down town from here.Interesting street with every kind of food,drink drug store,book store etc. I felt safe walking street alone at night.I stayed a second time on returning from north. " |
