| "overall the service that the hotel provided is quite allright but the only problem is that we were 2 hour earlier before our checking time n we were make to wait ( this is the first time i have been told to wait for 2 hours). we quite like one of the staff ( a japanese name) the service from the concergie, he is the most friendly ,very knowledgeable and helpful..

| "The hotel was located near Chinatown and Paddy's Market. However, while near a monorail station, it was neither near a bus nor train station and therefore travelling was quite a chore. We had to walk quite a distance to the nearest bus or train station. In addition, the ammenities in the hotel was rather basic. We were surprised to see that no bath robes nore slippers were provided, given the price we pay. In short, while an okay hotel to stay in, in terms of cleanliness and service.. I felt that it was rather over priced and thus would probably not stay in this hotel the next time. " |

| "The overall location, service, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the room was not really big enough for three adults. It would have been alright for just 2 people, but for three it was just too small. Our beds were practically touching one another and were just too close for comfort. But other than that, the staff and everyone from the Concierge to the cleaning staff were very helpful and courteous. " |
