| "The room was really small. I was travelling alone which was fine but if there were two people and two suitcases it would have been uncomfortably tight. Location is fantastic. " |

| "We had a good stay with just a little confusion on arrival regarding the parking arrangements.
Everything was as we needed it to be. The proximity to Darling Harbour and Star City Theatre were very convenient.
I am concerned as to why $50.00 has been taken out of my credit card account without permission or reason. I would ask that this is replaced as we didn't use any other facilities besides breakfast which was paid for on check out." |

| "WHILST OUR STAY WAS PLEASANT AND THE STAFF WELCOMING YOU CAN SEE THAT THIS PLACE IS STARTING TO GET TIRED. THE PLACE IT IS MOST NOTED IS THE BATHROOM SHOWER RECESS IS LOOKING A LITTLE GRUBBY AND THE VANITY TAP IS WAVING IN THIN AIR.ALSO IN THIS AGE OF CONSERVATION THE ENCOURAGEMENT IS TO USE TOWELS MORE THAN ONCE THIS IS GREAT BUT NEEDS TO BE ENCOURAGED BY PROVIDING MORE PLACES TO HANG THE TOWEL ONE TOWEL RAIL WILL NOT HANG 2 TOWELS TO DRY." |

| "The room was really small. Two people inside the room was really crowded. The bathroom was also small. Very compact was everything. Limited space for clothing.
BUT location was great.
Check in is really slow if you have a crowd." |

| "Rooms are quite small but adequate.
The main negative being the staff shotage at reception.
Most times we used or passed reception there was a substatial queue waiting.
Checking in took aprox. 20 to 30 minutes with a wait of around 30 - 40 minutes to check out.
Breakfast room was also understaffed with guests needing to wipe off there own tables with serviettes before commencing to eat." |

| "Our stay at the Ibis Darling Harbour was brilliant.
We had booked a double room but, were allocated a twin room but, this was immediately changed which we were grateful for.
The hotel is so close to so many of Sydney's major attractions. It is even walking distance to the CBD and The Rocks area.
We would definately stay here again. It is excellent value for money compared with some of the other Sydney hotels." |
