| "Enyoyed our stay at the Ibis, although we were only here for two nights. Wouldn`t have liked to have stayed for longer as there was no wardrobe space or draws. The veiw was lovely over the Harbor. very convenient for everything. Would definatley stay again as long as it was no longer than two nights.
There were not a lot of staff on duty so we were having to wait for check in and out." |

| "My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend this to anyone. The views of Darling Harbour were incredible. The room was spotless and the location is excellent. We will definately be back." |

| "I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but it served its function, which to me was a place to sleep, and get cleaned up for the next day. The TV was small, with just your basic free-to-air channels, and pay-per-view movies (poor quality). Had to ask for an iron, and the ironing board kept falling down! The bathroom was adequate in size. The room overall was a 5 minute walk to the Sydney Convention centre or to the Harbourfront shops. Would be a good place to stay for the business traveller." |

| "We enjoyed our stay and found the staff helpfull and friendly. The position of the hotel at Darling Harbour was very good for getting about round the city.
The only comments we would like to make was with regards to the breakfast facilities.
1) The food although good in choice was not hot enough.
2) The hot drinks machine was hopeless - it didn't work properly the coffee was bitter - when it eventually came through the one spout that was working on half power and the hot water came out like a shower of spitting steam.
3) Having to go backwards and forwards for everything was not too much of a problem but please ask your staff to make sure that customers have ACTUALLY finished with their plates (and not just gone to do battle with the drinks machine) before clearing away. I had my fruit juice and plate with butter, jam and toast removed before I had finished on one occaision and my main course on another which I found annoying to say the least." |

| "BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE LIFTS WHICH WERE TERRIBLY SLOW. " |
