The hotel location was very good, not even 5 mins drive from airport. Room was basic with a "pod" like bathroom which for one night was perefctly adequate. The bar and restaurant service were poor at best. Be very careful if thinking of using the airport shuttle bus that the hotel provide. We booked places on the bus when we checked in, only to find that in the morning the bus had been over booked and we had no seats even though we had paid. The bus tried to leave without us and the hotel staff didnt seem at all interested in sorting out the problem until I refused to get off the bus unless it took me. This seemed to work and the hotel staff began to try and find a solution which involved removing the last people who booked the bus from it and making them wait. Not ideal if you were one of these people!

| "This hotel is great value for money and ideally located for transit passengers who need an overnight stay. The service was excellent at reception as in the dining room. The room was clean and comfortable though the bathroom was somewhat small." |

| "Location to airport was key. Free pick-up was a plus. Front desk help was very nice and accomodating.They stored our luggage when we were in New Zealand with out any hassle. This was incredible." |

| "The towels in the bathroom were dirty
There was a large amount of dust on the unit in the bathroom
There were bugs on the curtins
I felt that the breakfast was over priced
The hotel was within walking distance of the train station, however in the evening the road down to the train station was quite dark and isolated, involving walking by alot of empty buildings
It was very useful having the laundry room facilities
Staff were helpful" |
