The hotel was ok. THey provided a shuttle from the airport which was free at the arrival, and for departure you had to pay 5 AUD each person and book previously. Internet at the room was really expensive, but you had pcs next to the lobby for 1AUD every 10 min. THe room was tiny, but nice and clean. Just a good accommodation for one night if you need to be near de airport.

| "As my stay was overnight I was very happy to be close to the Int airport. I do know now that I should pre-book a seat on the shuttle bus to the airport, at the same time as my room. Otherwise everything was excellent.

| "The hotel was as I expected it to be, based on the many reviews I had read from other travellers. The room was small but adequate and very clean.
The only downside to my stay was the lack of any kind of room service, which meant several trips down to the lobby/restaurant level to get what I wanted. Similarly, the lack of any concierge /room service help with luggage was really disappointing!! As a lone traveller in my fifties, I had to struggle with huge trolleys and 50 kgs of luggage, manouevering trolleys into lifts and along narrow corridors - almost impossible save for the kindness and grace of fellow guests who were kind enough to help me." |

| "It is a small budget room but had a very comfy bed and wasn't noisy at all so I slept soundly. The only down side was that although they have 24hr food available they do not provide room service. As I was 6 mnths pregnant when I stayed and got in late it was a bit of a pain having to go down to collect my own tray of food from the restaurant when what I actually felt like was just putting my feet up after a very long day. Overall however I would recommend this hotel for short stays as check in and check out were very quick and it provides great easy access to the airport (a few minutes away). The shuttle was also easy to locate and quick both ways (no charge on the way there and only $5 on the way back). " |

| "My husband and I enjoyed our stay with the Ibis Sydney Airport Hotel. The room was clean and convienent to the airport. The service was great. They were able to give us information for the rail systen to travel within the city. I received an email from their staff before our flight had taken off! I had left my iPhone charger and my adapter in the room. They notified me and we arranged to have it mailed to my home. I don't think you could ask for better service. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family." |
