The hotel was as I expected it to be, based on the many reviews I had read from other travellers. The room was small but adequate and very clean.
The only downside to my stay was the lack of any kind of room service, which meant several trips down to the lobby/restaurant level to get what I wanted. Similarly, the lack of any concierge /room service help with luggage was really disappointing!! As a lone traveller in my fifties, I had to struggle with huge trolleys and 50 kgs of luggage, manouevering trolleys into lifts and along narrow corridors - almost impossible save for the kindness and grace of fellow guests who were kind enough to help me.

| "We stayed only for one night and the hotel was useful for its location (5 minutes to the Airport). They have the free of charge shuttle from the Airport to the hotel but you have to pay 5 Australian Dollars per person from the hotel to the Airport.
In summary the price payed for the room is normal." |

| "This hotel is great value for money and ideally located for transit passengers who need an overnight stay. The service was excellent at reception as in the dining room. The room was clean and comfortable though the bathroom was somewhat small." |

| "Location to airport was key. Free pick-up was a plus. Front desk help was very nice and accomodating.They stored our luggage when we were in New Zealand with out any hassle. This was incredible." |
