| "Being a facility that is utilised by a large number of people involved in the horse racing industry the need for TVN or Sky Channel is imperative." |

| "last time i stayed here i hd a great room, but the studio this time was small and for £80 per night, VERY expensive.
The biggest problem is noise from guests - all night long; and from plans if the wind is in that direction.
It's very handy and I love Coogee; but it is a wory that thee is no reception after 11pm - who can you complain to about the noise from neighbours.
£240 for 3 nights, no food, no internet (access points thats all) - that makes it worth looking elsewhere next time." |

| "This is a very good hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Although it is a little way from the beach this has the advantage of making it quiet in the late evening as its away from the bars on the sea front." |

| "The apartments are located close to the beach with a short stroll along a street of interesting cafes. The entrance and low rise nature of the complex are attractive. We were appreciative of the early check in and late check out at the Medina as we were moving in from an hotel in the city and then departing Australia on a late flight. However, we were very disappointed with the quality of the room. It was quite spacious with a nice balcony over the main street which could be a little noisy but quite interestiong for people and car watching. The rooms were very shabby and the bathroom towels bordering on threadbare. This came as quite a shock as we had been staying in the CDB for a cheaper nightly rate but with far superior facilities. Overall quite disappointing. " |

| "This is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. One has the feeling as would live in a real comfortable flat. The area is nice: near the beach, important shops, restaurants are very close. The downtown is easlily available by direct frequent bus service.
I really appreciated the kindness of the personnel who immediately arranged the very early check-in at 6 a.m.! " |

| "very good, better than the Medina in Brisbane, as far as room size etc. Also a short walk to the beach was excellent." |

| "This place was perfect for us. We love being near the beach, restaurants and shops, but we also like a quiet environment. The restaurants and beach were exactly 2and 1/2 blocks away, so we could easily walk there, but we were out of the hustle and bustle., Also, we took the bus into downtown Sydney, directly to circular quay and the Opera House, and the stop was 1/2 block away. It was close to everything, but still quiet and clean. The service was good and unobtrusive. The room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee facilities, etc. This place is great." |

| "Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating with professionalism to match 5 star hotels. Breakfast included and the way it was handled was a huge benefit and let us sleep in when we liked w/o missing a meal! We spent our first week in another location, so being able to do laundry in our apartment was a huge bonus.
The lanai was also a pleasant surprise. Not a luxurious hotel, but a great value!!" |

| "I arrived early in the morning and was able to check straight into my room which was great! Everything satisfactory (although rooms not as 'executive' as I expected, but functional). Location and facilities good, and I would say good value for money.
