| "I booked this hotel over the internet and I was given a number of options regarding the booking. The 2 options I selected,on arrival at the hotel, had not been allocated. When we enquired about this to the desk staff we were told the hotel does not even have King size beds and late check out was not available!!
I do not understand why this are given options if they are not available?
As I was attending a conference in Sydney and my Wife was to spend the day in the city,It was important to us to have a late check out.
Also when booking I was under the impression we were booking a Deluxe room not a apartment! Perhaps the information on the Internet needs to be reviewed and updated." |

| "Three days prior to arrival I rang and requested twin rooms for the two bookings. When we checked in, there were no twin rooms avilable and we were put in a double room. When I told staff I had already requested a twin room, his reply was "there is no such request from the agent, and it must come from the agent". The next day when a twin room became avilable they told us to evacuate the room then sit and wait in the lobby until the twin room became available which would be in 2-3 hours. There were other lesser instances during the stay which I won't go into, but needless to say, the service is more like 2 star." |

| "My wife & I found the pillows far to hard as to call them barbaric & the shower recess in the bath is almost dangerous to someone my age (69) & I when I tried to have a bath & found no rails to help me from the bath & thought I might have to call for help to get out but somehow with a great deal of difficulty I managed to get out & the next night I went down to the pool showers where they were a proper shower cubicle & safe for older people" |
