| "Stayed here in a one-bedroom apt. Location was perfect, about 15 mins to Darling hbr.Circular Quay,Opera house etc.and right bang in the centre of all the popular shopping streets.Apt was on the 37th floor and had no problem with the lifts to the apt. Very secure building. The views from our balcony were superb,we had the Sydney Tower directly in front and we had Darling Hbr.to the left and the skyscrapers right around us.The staff at front desk were super-efficient and so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure dealing with them. The apartment had everything you could wish for,dishwasher,washer/dryer and the kitchen was fab.The bedroom was very spacious as was the kitchen/lounge area.Town Hall station was about 3 mins from here from where you could get trains or the monorail which we enjoyed immensely.Plenty of cafe's around if you didn't feel like cooking and quite cheap too.Absolutely loved this apartment !! The view from balcony at night was to "die for". Would most definitely stay here again. Booked it through Asia Rooms.com and had no need to worry as they had everything looked after !!! Was relucant to leave this place !!" |

| "The Rialto is great! Spent 3 nights there end of Dec 06. Huge 2 bedroom apartment - clean and fully equiped. Thirty-seventh floor had wonderful views of Anzac Memorial. Service staff was pleasant and very helpful. Sometimes elevators took a long time to come to our floor. Explanation from service staff was that they had too many folks checking out that morning. Only other dings were living room furnitire starting to show a bit of wear and seems like fire station may be fairly close - we were awakened on 2 occasions by their sirens (we kept the windows open to get the the wonderful cool breezes - probably not a problem if you rely on the a/c). When we return to Sydney, we hope to stay here again. Four-star accomodations for a budget price." |

| "Wonderful apartment to stay in ! We liked it so much. The location was great, our two bed room apartment was modern and spacious. But too bad that we found a few spoons and plates were not cleaned properly, and I found a little bit of rubbish under the sofa bed. Other than those, everything was great ! " |

| "My overall impression was that the apartments had been built on a very tight budget and the finish is quite basic. The service is very average and more like a hostel than a supposedly 5 star rated property. Almost nothing is provided in the rooms and you need to provide your own soap, shampoo, etc. The cleaning of the rooms is a joke, because when the house keepers finally turn up, all they do is re-tidy the bed and very little else. I had specified a queen or king size bed, but ended up with 2 single beds. The sad thing was that no one cared or tried to remedy the situation. It is not the worst property I have stayed in, but I will not be returning." |

| "The location is very convenient for Sydney transportation and walking. The view from our 22nd floor was quite nice. It is reasonably quiet.
The room layout is odd, with abrupt entry into the eating area and a desk and table that collide in too small a space. This entire area is tiled and the chairs do not have glides, making it hard to slide them without a lot of noise. It is possible that our handicapped accessible room had an atypical layout.
The clothes washer and dishwasher did not work properly or possibly need better instructions. We ended up using the iron and hairdryer to dry our laundry.
The Internet service worked OK but seemed to be throttled to about 30kbps (an 80MB download took about 90 minutes) and did not provide any outgoing mail server that we found.
The night staff seem very unknowledgeable." |

| "Found all facilities right up to expectations and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Service and advice provided by the front desk was first class. Was disappointed when we tried to downgrade from a two bedroom to a one bedroom (when one couple did not make the trip). It meant the accommodation cost about $25 to $30 a night more than it should have. Signed Peter Lyons" |

| "Overall these apartments rated very highly with all of our party, only small downside was that the room service facilites, from local restaurant, was slightly expensive. Appartments at front of building can see the bridge, although vertigo sufferers should note the floor to ceiling windows!
Great for all groups of travellers." |
