| "Great location. Overall good for those who do not necessarily need a spacious hotel room. Though, our sleep was interrupted by noise from the air cond, ie an ongoing noise every hour or so. Definitely worth looking into fixing this matter as beauty sleep is key to a good holiday!" |

| "We read that some of the standard rooms were small so we booked a superior room. This was of good size and recently decorated to a good standard.
The hotel is situated in a comparatively quiet street but very close to the Pitt St Mall and the Town Hall rail station. Also close to bus route for the seaside.
Easly walking distance of China Town (5 mins)and Darling Harbour (10 mins). It is really conveniently located. I would definitly use again. Very good value." |

| "Excellent location and walking distance to some places of interests. Very accessible to public transport.
Very cosy and clean environmnet and staff is accomodating. However, room is kind of small. Just big enough for a queen size bed. My room cooling/ventilation is way too noisy. Need to shut it down to get a peaceful sleep. Fortunately the weather is cool enough to go without the airconditioning." |

| "Pros:
1. Good central location near a train station stop.
2. Was able to borrow a plug adapter from reception.
Cons:
1. Small room.
2. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided.
3. Room had an air conditioner that clicked very loudly whenever the thermostat went off, waking us up frequently at night. Reported this to reception but nothing was done about it." |

| "I should give my sincere thanks to Craig the reception Manager who especially helpful with information and other needs when required during my entire 6 nights of stay.
He is hard working and freindly, I consider he's an asset to your Hotel.
Apparently, the room I had was rather noisy due to the unseal wall leading to the next room (meant to be a joint-room) of a noisy guest next door. Noise can be clearly heard and unable to sleep well at night.
Overall, I should rate your as one of the best lacality Hotel around Sydney.
Thanks.
Regards,
Frank

| "The rooms were very small definitely not a good idea if you have small children. We had our two year old stay with us there was no room for a cot and we were given a twin room, not very practical with a two year old having to share your bed. The 2 rooms we stayed in were not particularly clean, we found belongings from previous guests under our beds.
Despite the grumbles the location of the hotel is fantastic, central to everything and if you do as we did and just use the room for sleeping then it really isn't that much of a problem.
If you have a family I would recommend using a serviced apartment, we did this in Melbourne and it was much more convenient, spacious, clean, comfortable etc; we stayed in the Somerset on Elizabeth in Melbourne." |

| "Location is perfect for shopping and siteseeing. Room was a bit small for 2 people, but we were staying only 2 nights, so it was fine. If I was staying longer, I would have needed more space.
Light in the bathroom didn't work, but other than that I have no complaints. I'll stay there again.
Kind regards, Trina" |

| "Overall value for money hotel. Room is pretty small but clean and cosy. The lady receptionists are friendier compared to the guys and one of the lady is quite helpful when I asked her where to find nougat. Location is fantastic. Just 5mins walk to Pitt Street mall, 20mins to Circular Quay and abt 10-15mins walk to Darling harbour. Would definately stay in this hotel again. Not recommended for family though, due to the small room, unless you pay more for a bigger room. " |
