| "My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Metro Sydney Central Hotel as it was close to the central train station and shopping. The only problem was the issuing of two cards in a small folder but the lack of explanation relating to its use in the lift and the room. Otherwise overall we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you." |

| "The hotel delivers it's services as expected. The location is great as it is nearby to all the sights and shops in Sydney." |

| "The standard room was basic with a very bland interior. The view outside the window was of a cement wall of the building next door which meant there wasn't much natural light. The amenities (soaps etc) they provide come in pumps not bottles. There was a huge crack in the shower screen and a problem with the plumbing in the toilet. I felt that this room and the furniture and carpet in it was old and getting dated, the nicely renovated lobby and restaurant can fool you though. The access key cards sometimes worked, sometimes they took a few tries to work. The location is very good, the hotel is inbetween Chinatown (shopping and lots of places to eat) and the main shopping district (QVB, Pitt Street Mall). This is a middle class hotel, not budget but not luxury either. It is okay for a short stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the room." |

| "Very disappointed actually, my wife was moved to a second rate hotel across the road due to a plumbing problem. The replacement room in the next hotel was tiny and when she complained she was given another, slightly better room. All in all it was very unsatisfactory.

| "Air conditioner didn’t work, took some time to convince staff that it was broken and in fact would not just be right after a few minutes. A few hours later we packed up our belongings, moved to a different room, but it was of an inferior standard as before because this time the fridge did not work properly but we were too tired to complain. The hotel is perfectly situated in Central Sydney but could do with an upgrade to their facilities." |

| "Good hotel for the money. If you don't mind a short walk, it,s a great location. If you stayed any further into the shopping / business district you would miss out on some great restuarants and bars. Just on what appearred to be Chinatown, with nice walks to Darling harbour(good food here), The Rocks and Circular quay. Yes the pool is cold, and the room is a bit small, but you didn't go to Sydney to stay in your room , Did you. You get what you pay for with no nasty surprises. Good safe bet!" |

| "Not being an expert on Sydney hotels, I’m guessing this is average to good value. The room was very small, especially the bathroom. A support column in front of the toilet meant you had to sit at a 20 degree angle to use it. The location is very good if you’re a tourist. Most things are within walking distance and public transportation very convenient. The big gripe was the roof top pool. What could have been the big plus for the hotel was closed for “renovation”. In three visits I saw no one working on it, so I guess it will be under renovation for a very long time.

| "The hotel was average. At $94 prob priced a bit high for the facilities. The room was basic but clean and quite a walk from the main facilities/tourist sites etc. It should mention that the hotel is in Chinatown. If travelling to Sydney I would choose another hotel in preference. The hotel does not have any facilities such as a bar. We did not take breakfast or other meals. The rooftop pool is pretty dim. Otherwise the booking was in order. Thank you! Regards - Brian." |
