| "Vehicle access and exit needs better signage
Checkout counter understaffed
Carpet had bad stains.
Staff were very polite and eager to help.
Should emphasise express checkout procedure." |

| "Stayed 1 night. Excellent view from room as upgraded to harbour view. Superb location if looking for a hotel in Darling Harbour. Clean, impersonal hotel, that caters well for most travellers. " |

| "Very handy location to main areas of city with easy access to Monorail and Trams which Go to city and rail.
Room was clean and serviced very well and not much traffic noise, was a bit expensive but not over the top by Sydney standards. The breakfast was well presented and you had a good choice to select." |

| "I had a very early check-in. NO PROBLEM, room was available and they did not charge me more! Great room and very nice located in Darling Harbour close to shopping center and Exhbition center. All in all perfect!" |
