Ideal location for centre of Sydney, set by Darling Harbour. Some rooms (our first allocated) looked out onto a brick wall down a dark alley at the side of the hotel but when we asked (and paid for) an upgrade we were given a nice room with a view over the road networks surrounding the harbour - at night especially it was lovely to look out and see the many lights of the City. There is a pool and gym (though sadly we didn't have time to use them) and the room we finally got had good facilities, laundry etc. It is an Apartment Hotel so there are residents as well as guests and it may seem a rather strange environment at first being converted from an old Wool Warehouse still with creaky wooden corrider floors, beams and pillars. The lifts were painfully slow - be prepared for anything up to a 10-15 min wait! But, altogether a good experience and would stay there again.

| "Location of the appartments are spot on only a 2 minute walk and your onto darling harbour with all the bars and resturants along with plenty of shops. The facilities are spot on and the pool and jaquzzie are great after a day walking about. The appartments are big enough and comfortable enough and have every thing you require for your stay.Only thing that would have been of benefit was the airport transfers we paid twice as much from the airport to the appartments but then found that the appartments done the transfers at half the price would be nice to allow travellers that they can use this facility for both ways. | "Good value for money. The location is ideal with easy access to Darling Harbor and the monorail. The room we got (studio) was spacious and had good amenities." |

| "When I made the reservation it was not mentioned in the webpage that the hotel is being renovated. Therefore it was a surprise to be awaked early in the morning by loud construction noises. The apartments are spacious and convenient located, but it is old and outside the apartments, in the corridor area has a structure that reminds of an old prision. It is reccomendable for long business or family considering space/location/price relation, but it is not a beautifull place to stay if on vacation." |

| "Great location. Quiet room, very good facilities with self -laundry and dry machine in our room. Just don't understand why has only a double bed, not even a queen size bed, in such a spacious room. Surprised to see a concierge, however who did not provide too much advise but just gave us a bunch of brochure to read, which my husband made a bad choice because of the unclear content. It should not be too difficult for him to explain the difference between 3 days pass and Gray Line value package which is not really valued. The cruise is just transportation in between wharfs. House keeper did not come at the first day. It was very appreciated that house keeper cleaned our dishes everyday later on. However, the cups were not well cleaned with the lip's mark still on. Overall, we still like this hotel-apartment, would like to see their improvement." |
