| "Location is perfect
Unfortunately we were business travellers and thought we would try a cheaper more conveniently located motel. This did not pay off well - as the rooms are excessively noisy.
Two people from our organisation stayed at this location - on same floor, but opposite ends and both had the same experience.
NO SLEEP. Sirens, horns, cars everything could be heard. May we suggest double glazed windows.
1 of our delegates could not even get hot water and was asked if they realised that there was a hot and a cold tap?? -Also then told to leave it for 5 minutes and see - well that didn't work and by that time was getting later and later - COLD SHOWER!
Pity this motel is ideally located for our business travel and we are in Sydney often throughout each year usually with more that 2 people!!

| "Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street Pitt Street, about a 20 minute walk from the Circular Quay and the Opera House, Harbour bridge etc. Located right between 2 underground train lines, Town Hall and musum (about a 60 second walk!). The rooms are a godo size, very clean and with good facilities. Recepption staff were helpful and accomdating. The view from the top of the hotel where the swimming pool is fab. Food can be brought from the many surrounding cafe's and resturants. Only problem, quite alot of taffic noise especially when the emergency services sirens are going, otherwise I would deffinatly recommend this hotel. " |

| "My wife and I had a pleasant honeymoon holiday staying in this hotel. This hotel is located near shopping centres and Town Hall train station which we accessed heavily to travel to Circular Quay, airport and even Blue Mountain. The hotel is around 20 minutes walk away from Darling Harbour and Chinatown. We got some noise at night as mentioned by other reviewers but it was not so bad. I would strongly recommend this hotel to budget travellers." |

| "Bearing in mind the cost of the room had already been paid for and the fact that there was no mini bar,I was not at all impressed with the requirement to not only provide the desk with my credit card, but also my driver's licence, whilest my friend from the UK who had booked in on the same day also via internet, was only required to provide his credit card details. It was an un-necessary & demeaning requirement. I have not experienced this anywhere else in Australia or overseas, where I have travelled extensively." |

| "Good location, just walk distance from either townhall train station or museum train station. However, the bathroom not so great. While taking shower, hard to adjust the water temperature, end up too hot or too cold." |

| "Firstly this hotel is in a fantastic location.15 minutes walk from the Oprea house and right in the heart of the city area. Shopping centre and Mall right on your doorstep. Supermarket within 2 minutes.
Basically i cant fault location.
Hotel room was very good apart from noise. I stayed on the 9th floor with my wife and we had to wear ear plugs. No double glazing in the room and you can hear EVERYTHING. if someone shouts you can hear as if window is open. Police cars, boy racers, you hear it all. If you dont mind noise then this hotel is great, if you want peace at night, stay somewhere else." |

| "TV has 2 stations. Internet is too expensive. Room small. They only give you one set of keys, very frustrating for 2 people. Great location, within walking distance of most of the tourist stuff for downtown. We enjoyed our stay here and would return for sure unless we found somewhere in area at same price. Fire station down the road kept us awake a few nights with sirens all night. " |

| "Very comfortable, light and airy room with good facilities. No communal areas but staff very helpful with advice on Sydnay and very willing to check my tour booking for me.
Good location, easy walking to Darling Harbour and to the Opera house. Round the corner from the train and next to a supermarket with internet access.
Good value for money. " |

| "As we were a large family party we found the hotel to be ideal for some of our budget costs together with location. As most of our party was from overseas they were very impressed with the service given. One of my party had a problem with the air-con leeking in the room. They were immediately change to another more superior room of which we were grateful.
I have recommended your hotel to a local friend who is planning to join a cruise ship from Sydney. I would certainly enjoy staying at the hotel again. Thanking you all for your help.

| "The Park Regis was just right for us (a retired couple) as it in a good position to get to all the tourist sights and the shopping areas.
