| "I have stayed at the Pensione Hotel twice and will do so again as I have found the staff very friendly and the location is great. The rooms are a good size and it is a clean hotel." |

| "our room on the first night was noisy, both from streetnoise and disconoise probably from the cafe on the groundfloor. Therefore we asked for another room, this one was OK.
The service of the receptionlady on the day of our arrival was not very welcoming.
The service on day 2 and 3 was fine!
We discovered that for the same price we could have a better hotel in the neighbourhood." |

| "This hotel is on top of an all night bar where people fight and smoke outside - so if fighting or smoking outside bars all night and I do mean all night ! Is your thing, then this is the place for you. Also on a Saturday there is no need to go out to a club as it will sound just exactly like a club in your bedroom !! Excellent no need to worry about dress code for once ! " |

| "Good location, but very noisy. Bathrooms are very small - needs updating. The personnel at the hotel is friendly but not very responsive. The rooms need more furniture like nightstands and lamps. " |

| "Location of this hotel was quite good but unfortunatunately the pictures you see on the web page does not match the hotel itself. It is very deceiving as the hotel and rooms are very poor size and state. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you were very budget traveller. " |

| "The Pensione is not what it reports to be... no boutique hotel - instead a very basic boarding house with a coat of paint. Staff were not helpful and our room facing onto the street was noisy. Extremely disappointing." |

| "For the cost of the room and the location in Sydney, I thought it good value for money. As a single traveller it is always nice to find somewhere to stay (not at a "Y" or a backpackers hostel) where you can mix with other travellers. I liked the idea of the communal kitchen and lounge areas." |

| "Other than burn marks on carpet room was fine. We would have liked a window you could see out of(even better if it had a view!). Location wise was in walking distance of most of what we wanted and if not handy to transport." |

| "Room and bathroom are extremely small and TV is above your head! If you check in early, you even have to pay for the storage! This doesn't sound like a hotel but rather a hostel. But for hostel, you don't have to pay such a high price.
I will rather pay a HK$100 more to get a real hotel room and service." |
