| "Front dest was very professional and always helpful. Thumbs up to the Front Dest Staff. The staff in the Dining room was very professional and attentative to all my needs.
The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. No complaints at all... A+
The one thing that was a little dissapointing was that I arrived on a 6:30 A.M. flight into Sydney and was at the hotel by 9:00 A.M. but could not check in until 2:00 P.M. I had to spend the 5 hours trying to find something to do and could not freshen up, shower, or just relax to unwind from long flight and jet lag.
I would reccommend the hotel to anyone.... " |

| "Location is good. The hotel is a bit out of town but it's close to bus stop to go into the city. Too bad that we didn't get a room with balcany to enjoy Sydney's view. Room is clean. " |

| "a really good hotel and although a bit out of the way to begin with we soon realised it was in really convenient place for most parts of the city.
only issue was that i was staying with my sister and it was a double bed not a twin
impressed overall though- really nice desgn touches throughout the rooms" |

| "The room was clean but a bit small. The location although is in down town area but is up on the hill. So we had to walk up for 15 minutes from China town back to the hotel. But if you would like to do shopping at Oxford Street, that hotel is a good location. The lighting in the room is not enough. There is no lighting by the sitting and desk area." |

| "The hotel was modern and in a great location. The only minor grumble was the noise of the lifts which woke us up when people used them in the mornings, otherwise I couldn't fault the hotel." |

| "Quality Cambridge hotel has a good location for exploring Sydney and is just a short walk from Museum metro station.It is clean and I found the staff friendly. The swimming pool is small but is ok for a refreshing dip after some sightseeing. The room I was in was a bit small but was ok for my needs and I have no complaints about my stay at this hotel. " |
