| "we had booked a room for 3 adults however the allocated room was unacceptable give a third bed rolled in took up much of the lounge area. This prevented any thought of a relaxing evening in such a cramped area.I voiced my concerns to the duty manager when checking out, explaining that i expected an improvement on a return visit three days hence.He assured me he would look at this however our return visit was little better and i had to again request the room be set up for three guests,( towels,cups, glasses chairs etc) After two more phone calls they grudgingly (we thought) provided the items.
The location was excellent, we were very happy with our choice but will not consider staying at this property again." |

| "This was our first visit to Sydney and we found this Hotel to be a good edge of City Location with easy access by foot or Bus into all attractions.
The Hotel offers good sized rooms at an economic price, with helpful staff." |
