we had booked a room for 3 adults however the allocated room was unacceptable give a third bed rolled in took up much of the lounge area. This prevented any thought of a relaxing evening in such a cramped area.I voiced my concerns to the duty manager when checking out, explaining that i expected an improvement on a return visit three days hence.He assured me he would look at this however our return visit was little better and i had to again request the room be set up for three guests,( towels,cups, glasses chairs etc) After two more phone calls they grudgingly (we thought) provided the items.
The location was excellent, we were very happy with our choice but will not consider staying at this property again.

| "During the stint of our stay, the staff were very responsive to our needs especially Jeff. It is one of the hotels where you would feel secured. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time we go to Sydney. Keep the service up guys at Cambridge. Cheers." |

| "The hotel is well located and within walking distance to all attractions. It is close to trendy areas and a number of eating places are close by. The ataff are helpful and accomodating. The room was large enough for all three of us and everything worked. Good value for money." |
