| "The Radisson staff were excellent - answered all questions/inquiries promptly, were of great assistance on directions re shopping, making reservations for a meal,... The price of the room was expensive and in saying that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel/service and it's location." |

| "Nice Hotel, situated in a relatively central location and accessible by train from the Airport. You need to stop off at Wynyard. Check in staff friendly and helpful, but Concierge not that attentative. Fitness Centre was great and included in your room rate, unlike other Hotels on my travels. My Deluxe room was immaculate and the only negative point was if you wanted to watch a film, you had to pay for it and with the price charged for the room, it should be included. All in all a pleasant stay, but there maybe Hotels of better value." |

| "The accomodation at the hotel was well maintained and very spatious. The rooms were well appointed and offerred a relaxing environment. Staff were extremely helpful and polite - nothing was too mcuh trouble for them. Any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. " |
