| "Me and my family stayed there and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The interiors were nice but if you looked closely at the bathrooms, tub is filthy, towels are tattered, amenities are basic. Not your typical five star hotel. Most of all, most of the staff were inconsiderate and rude to Asians. This is the only hotel that we felt we were second class citizens. Complained to the manager but of course, we were not hear. I really regret being in this hotel.We paid so much to experience such horrible treatment. " |
