| "The Receptionists are very friendly and attentive, particularly the Ladies.Very uncomfortable with regard to visitors coming to your apartment due to the fact that Entrance is via an Apartment Block. We have had to run down every time.
House Keeping was only tidying up,no linen was changed during one week's stay.
A/c was not working well.
Overall liked the room for the view (1316). Probably, would ask for same room on my next visit by early next month." |

| "A little hard to find at first yet turned out to be a most excellent location, friendly staff, small yet well appointed rooms(very fine linens). However the gym and pool is difficult to get to thru hallways and elevators,as it is in the adjacent building.Overall excellent value, would highly recommend to friends and family.I'd give it a strong 3 1/2 stars, more if the bathrooms were bigger.Insist on another room if not satisfied, rumor has it they are refurbishing thru out and newer is better. We were on the 9th floor w/ studio Aloha Jonesy " |

| "Excellent location, close to Darling Harbour, chinese quarter and Paddy's Market with monorail station outside Hotel door. Security excellent with electronic key for use of the lift and access to the room and credit card access for room safe (no cost). Decore was good but, because the colours were creams and browns, gave the appearance of being a bit gloomy. Being a suite, it had a sitting room and small kitchen in addition to the (slightly small)double bedroom and the bathroom. Some amenities, such as restaurant, pool and gym, were located in a neighbouring Hotels. The only signs of staff were on the reception desks, although the rooms were cleaned daily by persons unseen. I would not strongly recommend this Hotel but it was more than adequate." |

| "The apartment was a good size with balcony overlooking the Chinese Gardens, two large well appointed bathrooms, a reasonable kitchen area and laundry room. However the furnishings were grubby and the windows were very dirty apart from the patio doors. We also had to request extra crockery and cutlery as there were only odd amounts of each and not enough of anything which was annoying as we had booked for four people.
On arrival we reported that one of the shower doors was hanging at an angle. This took two days to be repaired which was not very satisfactory.
The location was good being very close to Darling Harbour and The Rocks." |

| "My boyfriend and I stayed in a self contained apartment which pretty much had all the facilities we wanted/needed.
It's in a good location in that it's quite close to Darling Harbour (8 minute walk)where there are loads of restaurants, shops, etc and you can catch the ferry to wherever you want to go.
The Sydney tour bus stop is also just 2 minutes away so that's quite convenient.
Good sized rooms and room facilities (separate lounge, kitchen/dining etc). You have access to a gym but it's located in the "sister hotel" which is a 3 minute walk through a (currently unopened) shopping plaza.
The only downside I'd say is that it's a little old and worn but overall very good value for money considering Sydney prices!

| "Found hotel very nice and clean. Didn't have a view of darling harbour which we were disappointed with. It was also alot further away from darling harbour than we were led to believe. I would say its location would be china town than darling harbour. There were hotels which were much closer and with better views. The main reason we booked this hotel was of the location so we were slightly disappointed.
The reception staff seemed to be quite young and inexperienced to run a hotel of this size." |

| "Stayed here 3/11/06-12/11/06. We had a room on the adjoining building not the hotel itself. The room was on the whole above average only let down by the carpet starting to show its age. No problem with outside noise, our apartment was to the rear of the building but not any view you would care to comment on. In the Chinatown area and yes local restaurants are catered towards the local community but not far from city centre where there was a lot more choice. Able to walk to city centre but possibly not the best location for the elderly/infirm as the hotel sits at the bottom of a hill. Facilities of Darling Harbour also within walking distance." |
