| "The hotel itself was ok but the service was poor. My small bag, of which I was relieved of at the valet parking took over 20mins to be delivered to my room. My room was so hot that I had to leave all the windows and balccony open for at least an hour - the heater was operating at full capacity and clearly had been for some time. The service at reception was particularly rude. Despite the fact that the person behind the desk knew I was the only one waiting to be served he ignored me until I asked if I could check in. It was all very amateur." |

| "I found that booking arrangements somewhat impersonal.
The Conference was rather packed so there was little time to enjoy the surrounds.

| "I was impressed by the quality of service provided by staff at this hotel. They showed a high level of training and excellent guest relations. Bathroom sink seemed to have a crack so was less impressed by that. Food in the dining room was well prepared and it was clear that staff took great pride in the presentation and quality. From the Concierge to the House Keeping staff everything requested was no effort and pride was taken in meeting any requests as soon as possible. Well Done!" |
