"There was no internet access from the room. This was compen sated by the fact that the business centre was always open but I thought it would have been better to have internet access from the room"

"Beautiful hotel, great location next to Bondi beach, nice rooftop pool, friendly service personnel, good restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite with seaview as no other twin bedrooms were available any more. Would definitely stay there again!"

"excellent. We were given not so much a room as a suite. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed, our only criticism would be that the towels could have been of better quality ie thicker. The service and amenities were also excellent and we were delighted with all aspects of the hotel. If we were to return to Sydney we would definitely stay there again. R.E."

"Very good hotel with friendly staff.Oliver and the other staff at the bell desk was particularly helpful.The food in the restaurant was good ,particularly the saturday night buffet. "

"Stayed here over Christmas with our two children. Breakfast, drinks and meals were all expensive and the christmas buffet ridiculously so. There were so few sunloungers at the pool and overall service wasn't brilliant-in fact about the only great thing about the hotel is the location which you can't beat-right on Bondi"

"I was in a smoking room as requested, but was not prepared to be inhaling the smoke from the adjacent room as well! I woke in the morning with a sore throat and it was very unpleasant. For anyone who is a non-smoker I think it would be unbearable. I also had no tea, coffee or even cups in the room, despite it being stated that these would be provided. I asked for a late check-out on the last day and after returning to my room found I was locked out! Simple things would make this a much more pleasant place to stay, as the location is great. It just needs updating."
